NAVA recently finished another project and is ready to welcome the new homeowner.    The pictures below shows the condition of the property when it was purchased and after renovation.  This house was renovated  to reflect the current desired life style of an open floor plan while maintaining its historical exterior.  A new homeowner will save more money with NAVA, (that’s a promise).  NAVA, as a general contractor has complete control over materials and labor cost.  These cost savings are passed on to the new homeowner.

The other two projects at East 36 Street and Davis Avenue at the bottom were previously sold too.
